GJBODLE is bound by the SSET
License Agreement
You ("You")
agree to be bound by this Agreement
if you use the
Client Software and/or
Transact.
If You disagree or
You are not willing to abide by
this Agreement, then
You have no right to use the
Client Software and
You have no rights pertaining to
Transactions.
1. Sovereign Entity /
Account
You may not use a
Sovereign Entity/Account to
cause
Unnecessary Harm.
Each Sovereign Entity/Account
resides in all the
Recognised Fair And Just Jurisdictions.
2. Transactions
You understand and agree all
Transactions initiated by
You are initiated from
Recognised Fair And Just Jurisdictions.
All Transactions between
Accounts/Entities reside in
Recognised Fair And Just Jurisdictions.
SSET must use its best endeavors
to protect the Transactions and
the true value of the Available Cash
when money is transferred into or between
Accounts/Entities.
You may transfer part or all of
the Available Cash in the
Sovereign Entity/Account that
You control as income, revenue,
and/or payment, to a Bank Account
but You understand and agree
that SSET cannot protect income,
revenue or payments paid to a Bank Account
that is outside the Recognised Fair And
Just Jurisdictions.
You may transfer into a
Bank Account part or all of the
Available Cash as a loan and
SSET and the
Member must use reasonable
endeavors to protect the funds transferred, however
You understand and agree that
SSET's power to protect
You from third parties is greatly
diminished depending on the jurisdiction to which
You transfer the funds.
All Account Holders including
You, the
Members and
SSET must not use
Private Messages to cause or
facilitate Unnecessary Harm, and
all Account Holders must use
their best endeavors to prevent the misuse of
Private Messages.
SSET and the
Members will not use
Transactions sent or received by
You, to cause
You
Unnecessary harm.
SSET and the
Members agree to use reasonable
endeavors to protect your Transactions
unless You cause
Unnecessary harm
3. Ecourt and the
Adjudicators
You understand and agree that
any Account Holder can take
action against You in a
Recognised Fair And Just Jurisdiction
if You have caused
Unnecessary Harm in the sole
opinion of that Account Holder.
You may initiate action against
any Account Holder, who in your
opinion has caused You
Unnecessary Harm, via any
Recognised Fair And Just Jurisdiction.
All Account Holders, including
SSET and its
Members, agree to be held
accountable by You via any
Recognised Fair And Just Jurisdiction
and You agree to be held
accountable by other Account Holders
via any Recognised Fair And Just
Jurisdiction.
If an action is initiated against You
in a Recognised Fair And Just Jurisdiction
the selection process for the Adjudicators
begins with You selecting 10
Adjudicators who
You do not know. From this list the
Applicant must exclude 5.
You then select the final 1, 3, or
5 Adjudicators to hear the case.
If You fail to select
Adjudicators then
Adjudicators will be randomly
selected by a Member or
SSET.
If You are found guilty of
causing unnecessary harm then the
Adjudicator can transfer some or all of the value of the disputed
Transaction(s) from
You to the
Applicant.
All the final selection of Adjudicators
must agree that You have caused,
and are likely to continue to cause,
Unnecessary Harm before the
Adjudicators can terminate your ability to use the
Software.
If You are elected as an
Adjudicator for
ECourt then this
Agreement equally applies to
You.
If You are an
Adjudicator and an action is
initiated against You in
ECourt, the selection process for
the Adjudicators begins with
You selecting 10
Account Holders who
You do not know. From this list the
Applicant must exclude 5.
You then select the final 1, 3, or
5 Account Holders to hear the
case.
You agree to use your best
endeavors to resolve any issue between You
and any other Account Holder
before initiating action in ECourt.
4. Termination or
Terminating others
You may terminate this
Agreement by ensuring your
Balance is Zero, completing all
Transactions and ceasing to use the
Software.
You have the right to make an
application to ECourt to
terminate an Account Holder,
Member or
SSET director if, in your opinion,
the Account Holder,
Member or
SSET director has caused
You
Unnecessary Harm and is likely to
continue to do so.
Account Holders,
Members and/or
SSET have the right to make an
application to ECourt to
terminate You.
You cannot be prevented from
using the Software unless the
Adjudicators selected by
You unanimously agree that
You are causing
Unecessary Harm.
If You know of a
Account Holders who is causing
Unnecessary Harm, then
You have the responsibility to
report the event to bad.biz.pn (Account code BADBIZ) to help enable BADBIZ to
ensure all Account Holders
within SSET are acting in
accordance with this Licence and the constitution of
Ecourt.
Lodging a fictitious report to BADBIZ can be deemed to be attempting to cause
Unnecessary Harm, which can also
result in termination of the use of the
Software.
You will reasonably endeavour to
resolve any issue between You
and any other Account Holder
before You initiate action in
ECourt or lodge a complaint with
BADBIZ.
5. Warranties and
Liability
You understand and agree that
other Account Holders shall not
be liable for any damages whatsoever suffered by
You if you misuse the
Client Software or allow third
parties access to your computer, and You
understand and agree that this clause survives termination of this
Agreement.
The Software Creators warrants
that the Software is fit for the
purposes of sending and receiving messages and sending and receiving
Funds.
If your computer is destroyed or damaged then the
Software Creators warrants that
your kept messages are recoverable.
The Software Creators warrants
that Private Messages component
of a Private Message is
destroyed from the servers within 72 Hours of sending the message.
6. Modification to the
Agreement and/or Software
The Software Creators may modify
the Software and
SSET may modify this
Agreement at any time for any
reason including improving reliability, improving performance, facilitating new
products, ensuring credibility, and competitive advantage for the
Account Holders, the
Members and
SSET.
Any change to the Software and
or the Agreement may not cause
Unnecessary Harm to the
Account Holders and/or
Members.
Modifications to the Software
and/or Agreement may not affect
existing Transactions
You agree to the upgrades of the
Software and/or the
Agreement if
You continue to use the
Software after the upgrade has
occurred. If You do not accept
the modifications to the Software
and/or Agreement then
You must cease using the
Software.
7. Software License
The Client Software is licensed
to You in accordance with this
Agreement. The
Client Software is not sold to
You.
8. Ownership of
Intellectual Property
The ownership, copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the
Software remain with the
Software Creators.
You are granted no rights in
respect of the Software except
as expressly stated in this Agreement.
9. General Terms and
Conditions
This Agreement constitutes the
entire Agreement between
SSET and
You with respect to the subject
matter hereof and supersedes all previous understandings and communications,
whether electronic, written, or oral, between the parties or their agents
concerning the subject matter hereof.
Where more than one person is named as You
the obligations of You under the
Agreement shall bind each of
them jointly and severally. Any failure by any one of them to execute or be
bound by the Agreement for any
reason shall not affect the liability of the others.
No failure or delay on the part of any party in exercising any right or remedy
under the Agreement shall
operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any
right or remedy preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise
of any other right or remedy. The rights and remedies provided in the
Agreement are cumulative and not
exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
You agree and understand that no
other Account Holder is
responsible for any consequence as a result of
You failing to comply with the
Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement
is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent
necessary to make it enforceable, and the remainder of this
Agreement has full force and
effect.
SSET assigns its rights under
this Agreement to other related
entities in order to ensure the continuation of the service provided by
SSET
You may not transfer this
Agreement or any interest or
obligation in or under this Agreement.
The headings to this Agreement
are inserted for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
10. Applicable Law
The Agreement shall be governed
by the constitution and the laws in force in
ECourt.
ECourt is to have jurisdiction
to hear and decide disputes pertaining to this
Agreement
Suits, actions, proceedings and/or common law prosecutions arising out of or in
connection with the Agreement
may be heard in ECourt.
You shall not take any action
which will prevent and/or impede SSET,
Members and/or
Account Holders from complying with
this Agreement.
11. Definitions
Terms in this Agreement are
defined within this web page. Terms are defined in the singular but can be used
in this Agreement as singular
and/or plural.
Account Holder
- Anyone who uses the Client Software
to send Transactions from a
Sovereign Entity/Account.
Account Name
- The unique name of a Sovereign
Entity/Account.
Adjudicator
- Any Account Holder who has had
an account for more than three years and has a total transaction count of more
than 1000 transactions and has more than 100 suppliers and more than 100
customers who hold the Account Holder
in High Regard.
Agreement
- The SSET license documented at www.SSET/license.html
Available Cash
- is the Balance of the
Account less the
Funds that
You cannot transfer from the
Account because it is held in
escrow by an escrow service or Member
to cover the risks associated with a guarantee
You have placed on the products
and/or services You provide.
Balance
- The balance in the Account
displayed to You by the
Client Software in the first row
under the heading "Balance". The balance is either the amount of money, or the
amount of stock or the quantity of the Commodity in the
Account. The balance of an
Account is the total amount of
Funds in the
Account.
Bank Account
- A bank account with a bank that SSET
recognises as a valid bank.
Client Software
- The software provided by SSET
or Members and used by
You to access and manage your
Account and to send and/or receive
Transactions.
ECourt
- www.ecourt.biz.pn.
Funds
- An amount of currency, or a quantity of stock, or a quantity of a commodity,
or units of ownership in a property, or units of a derivative of money, stock,
or commodities, or units of any other product that you are able to send or
receive in SSET
Member
- Organisations that are licensed by SSET
to provide the Client Software
to people and/or organisations. SSET
members are listed on this page.
Private Message
- Messages within SSET that are deleted upon sending and replaced with the words
Private Message and are deleted upon opening and replaced with the words Private
Message.
Recognised Fair And
Just Jurisdictions - is jurisdictions where:
You, in a fair and just manner, can
select the Judge/Adjudicator, and You
can take action against the Judge/Adjudicator for not facilitating a fair trial,
and there are no court costs to be paid, and
You can present yourself or
represent yourself at no cost, and to date the only court recognised is
ECourt.
Software
- All components of the Client Software
and the servers SSET uses to
send, receive and process transactions.
SSET -
The entity known as SSET and Sub-Second Electronic Transfer that is owned
equally by each Account Holder
and which currently controls the web address www.sset.biz.pn
Transact
- send and/or receive Transactions.
Transacting
- sending and/or receiving Transactions.
Transaction
- a Private Message or a
Kept Message that may or may not
have Funds attached that was
sent by You or received by
You.
Unnecessary Harm
- is defined by the Adjudicators
that You have the right to
select or, defined by You if
You are selected as an
Adjudicator.
Examples of Unnecessary Harm:
1. Receiving payment for a product then failing to deliver the product.
2. Selling a product for a purpose where the product is not fit for that
purpose.
2. Misrepresenting a product or services.
3. Obtaining goods or services or money by deception.
4. The unnecessary transfer of money to a country where the government and/or
central bank of that country has a track record of causing considerable
unnecessary harm.
5. Causing Irredeemable Debt.
If You are selected as an
Adjudicator then you have the right
to run the court as You see fit,
but it is suggested by your fellow
Sovereign Entities / Account Holders that
You follow the constitution, rules
and regulations created by your fellow
Account Holders in E-Court
and/or I-Court.
XAG -
Each unit of XAG is a bar of silver with a weight of one ounce with a purity of
99.95 to 99.99. One unit of XAG is one ounce of silver, or the equivalent in
currency, gold, equity and/or commodities settled cleared and delivered via
SSET.
