For ease of service we have set out the transaction process for your first and ongoing payments. For your convenience a beneficiary form can be found here listing the details you will need to provide.

• Email, fax or phone your commercial dealer on (09) 577 1110 or 0800 NZ DOLLAR with the currency and amount you require. Your Forex Commercial dealer will quote the best rate available guaranteed at that time. You can proceed with the transaction or alternatively, with your best interests in mind, your dealer may advise you of a better time to do the transaction, watch the rate for you and phone you back when the rate peaks (if you're buying) or troughs (if you're selling) to maximise your savings.
• Only required on your first transaction: Fax (09) 577 1112 or email the completed beneficiary form or your own, and receive our faxed, emailed and/or posted confirmation.
• Direct credit the NZD amount to any of our settlement accounts. ASB Bank 12-3056-0807077-061, Westpac 03-0206-0087009-000, or BNZ Bank 02-0214-0095981-025. Alternatively, we will pick up your cheque from your office.

To reduce the time of your future transactions, your beneficiary details are retained in our system and used or changed at your direction.  So from the second deal on all you need to do is tell us the currency and amount you wish to pay, the Beneficiary name only and we handle the rest.
